Booking conditions

Reservations are considered firm only with the agreement of Coq Hotel, after receipt of deposit and acceptance of general booking terms and conditions when booking online.
You may not under any circumstances sub-let or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of Coq Hotel. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Payment terms

The deposit amount is equal to the first night regardless of the length of the stay and charged at booking.

Your stay

The rooms are usually available at 3:00pm but we may have some delay depending on the hotel filling. However, in case of early arrival and depending on availability, everything will be implemented to best reduce the waiting time.
The day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 11:30am, or an extra night may be charged.
The reception accepts no liability regarding theft in your room, inside the hotel or the parking.
Pets are allowed in the hotel, but they must be constantly monitored and kept on a leash by their owner. Any failure to hygiene or safety may be sanctioned by the expulsion of the owners.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and inside the hotel.

Prices

Breakfast costs 12 euros per person.
It is served in the breakfast room, on the terrace or in your room (on reservation) from 7:00am to 11:30am.
For any extras to the traditional breakfast, please ask our staff the day before.
Parking costs 10€ per car per night, and 4€ per bike per night.
Be aware that the hotel does not guarantee the availability of parking, but you can reserve your place in advance.
The tourist tax is 3% of the room rate, to be paid in addition from the 15th of April to the 15th of October

Cancellation and changes

The deposit will be retained in case the booking cancellation occur less than 48 hours before the expected date of arrival (3:00pm on the day of arrival).
For "high season" periods : weekends in June (Friday and Saturday), school holidays and public holidays, July, August and Euro Festival Harley Davidson, the deposit is retained as compensation, unconditionally and without any deductible time before the arrival date of stay.
Changes to your booking may be made at no cost, subject to availability and if the price of the room is the same as the period previsously booked. If there are variations in price for the new booking, the deposit will have to be changed accordingly.
Changes on bookings can be made at least 48 hours before the expected date of arrival (3:00pm on the day of arrival).
If the card number is not valid or debit is not possible, we will send an email to the client so he can make the necessary arrangements. After sending the email, the client has 24 hours to give us a new credit card number. After that, we will cancel the booking.
If the booking is made on the day of arrival and there is a problem with the credit card, the client must give a new card number or solve the issue before 3:00pm After that, we will be obliged to cancel the reservation.
If the client can not be reached with the information provided when booking (email and telephone), we will cancel the booking.
